Due to the nature of electronic communication processes, Global Film Solutions (“GFS”, “we” ,“us”) does not guarantee or warrant the website (the “Site”) will be uninterrupted, without delay, error-free, omission-free, or free of viruses.

As content on the Site is copyrighted and proprietary, any unauthorized use of any materials on the Site may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. Users are encouraged to print or distribute content (e.g. via link on a social network) provided that:

The content is not used as or implies that GFS is providing a testimonial or endorsement of an organization, its products or services.

GFS accepts no responsibility for loss which may arise from accessing or relying on information provided in the Site. In particular, GFS makes no representations, neither does it provide warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, currency, reliability, completeness or fitness for purpose of the information provided on the Site. GFS hereby expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law any and all liability, including direct, indirect, consequential or incidental liability, with respect to acts or omissions made by clients or other users on the basis of information contained in the Site. 

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 

Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to GFS. We operate information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organisations doing business on the Internet. 

With regard to the privacy practices that apply to our site: 

We will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number (“Personal Information”) without your knowledge;   

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you have authorised us to do so;

Cookies allow GFS to remember you. If we didn’t use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information

GFS uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us obtain general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Client is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request. 

Security

Our Site may provide links to other sites. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving our Site and entering another site that we do not control and for which we cannot be responsible. You should carefully review the privacy statements or policies on any other site that you visit because those privacy statements or policies will apply to your visit to that site and may be very different from our policy.
