Das Traumschiff (The Dream Ship) is a beloved long-running German scripted drama series broadcast on ZDF, following passengers and crew aboard a luxury cruise ship as they travel to destinations around the world.
GFS provided full wraparound production services for the New Zealand episode, supporting the international production across Auckland and wider North Island locations. As the local production partner and line producer, GFS managed all aspects of the on-the-ground operation, including local crew hire, visa and permit acquisition, budget management, full logistics coordination, and producer services — ensuring the German producers and director could focus on the creative while GFS handled everything else.
